Orchids, water and mountains.

Snow on the roof again this morning. We hit the road by nine and drove to Moraine Lake. The snow was melting but it looked so good all around. It’s a beautiful place but I am sure that in the summer it would be too crowded. Next we went to Minnewanka Loop. It was a pretty drive and we hiked around Johnson lake. Late lunch or early dinner in Canmore at the Grizzly Paws Brewery. We both had Shepherds Pies, very good.
Then we drove to Calgary, no more mountain views. What will we do with our one day here before I take Rachel for an early flight out on Thursday. Keep watching and commenting!
