On the road at 5.30am! It was great to see the sun come up. The light is so special at that time of the day. I saw bison, white pelicans and deer but mostly the views were special. Yellowstone lake is very big and beautiful. I had breakfast at Grant Village on the lake. South Yellowstone runs into the Grand Tetons.
More great views, Jenny Lake was lovely, but it rained and hailed on me there. But I got a photo of a moose so that made me happy. Then I drove to Jackson and looked around. I found the National Museum of Wildlife Art, great paintings.
I am going to meet Dave who I haven’t seen for over twenty years. I am staying with his family tonight.
